This sharpening stone features diamond emery sharpening plates cut faster than any other abrasive of the same grit. The 800 grit medium and the 1200 grit fine are perfect finishing stones. The 800 grit will leave a toothy edge good for cutting soft material. The 1200 will leave smoother edge, which will cut harder materials more easily.
